Welcome! I am very excited for this upcoming school year! I am a native of North Augusta and a graduate of Winthrop University in Rock Hill. I am currently pursuing my M.Ed. in Teaching and Learning from Clemson University. I love Young Adult literature, iced coffee, and true-crime podcasts! Outside of the classroom, you will find me spending time with friends and family, traveling, gardening, and trying out new restaurants. I also adopted a precious pup over the summer. She is 7 years old, loves everyone she meets, and is obsessed with her stuffed animals! When it comes to teaching, my priority is the students - I teach because I love it!

The 2022-23 school year will be my second year here at South Aiken. I am also very grateful to have been chosen as the SAHS First-Year Teacher of the Year last year, and one of five teachers chosen throughout the district for the 2022-23 ACPSD FYTOY Honor Court.
