Hello everyone! My name is Miss Heather Ashe and I am very excited to continue this year as an English Teacher at Silver Bluff High School. A little bit about me, I grew up in the Northeast Columbia area and went to Lugoff-Elgin High School. After graduating from high school, I attended USC Aiken. I then moved back to the Columbia area to teach at the high school I went to. During that time, I also obtained my Master’s in Instructional Technology and Design. I decided that I loved and missed Aiken so much that I would like to live here permanently! When I am not at school, I enjoy playing frisbee, reading, writing, and taking care of my horses. I am a competitive horseback rider and am very excited to be living in the Aiken area! I am excited to get to know all of my students this year and look forward to all of the goals we will get to accomplish together!
