    Choose among the activities listed in the lesson plan located here. You must complete 25 points worth of work each week. You can find the readings with the question printed on them here. Students who are working in paper packets should follow the alternate plans as indicated. Be sure to title each assignment, indicate how many points each assignment is worth, and keep a running total in the left hand margin of the paper.

    If students are submitting their work in Schoology, please be sure to keep all of your work together in one thread. Reply to your own post when adding items. This makes your work easy to track and ensures that you are credited with the work that you have completed.

  • French II Ten Day Distance Learning Packet

    I will keep office hours every weekday. Feel free to Skype me using your school e-mail account and my adrake@acpsd.net account! Use your electronic textbook at my.hrw.com. Find your usernames here if you did not write them down on your yellow sheet as directed at the beginning of the year. Contact the administration if you need access to your textbooks and binders from the building. 

    Complete each assignment on a new sheet of paper with Day 1, Day 2, Day 3...etc. as a title as appropriate. Staple all work together along with this cover page. Be prepared to turn all work in upon you return to school.

    Day 1 

     

    Review present tense regular verbs. Find blue reg. verbs sheet with -er, -re, and -re verbs. 
     
    Use Ch. 1, R38-40 of your textbooks, or the folder in Ch. 1 Partie 2 of Schoology. Consider using quizlet.com

    Record what you did and how long you worked (indicating start and end times.)

     

    Day 2 

     

    Write down 3 things you do daily now that you are home from school for ten days. One of type of each verb at least once in the present tense.  
     
    Use Ch. 1 or R38-40 of your textbooks, or the folder in Ch. 1 Partie 2 of Schoology.

     

     

     

    Day 3 

     

    Review present tense irregular verbs. Use your Master List.  Use R40-41 of your textbook, or the folder in Ch. 1 Partie 2 of Schoology. Consider using quizlet.com

    Day 4 

     

    Use avoir, être, aller, faire, connaitre, savoir, vouloir, pouvoir, and devoir in to form 5 full sentences about your time at home this week.  
     
    Use your master list, R40, or the folder in Ch. 1 Partie 2 of Schoology to help you. 

     

     

     

    Day 5 

     

    Review the regular past tense with -er, -ir, and -re verbs. Consider using quizlet.com
     
    Use Ch. 2, R43 of your textbook, or the folder in Ch. 2 Partie 2 of Schoology to help you.

    Day 6 

     

    Tell five things that you did yesterday using one of each type of regular verbs: -er, -ir, and -re verbs.

    Use Ch. 2, R43 of your textbook, R43 of your textbook, or the folder in Ch. 2 Partie 2 of Schoology to help you.

    Review the past tense with Irregular verbs and verbs that use être.

    Day 8 

     

    Write five sentences telling what did yesterday using five of any of the following verbs: 

    avoir, être, prendre, faire, aller, venir, or sortir.

    Day 9 

     

    Review the imperative (giving commands.)

    Day 10 

     

    Give five commands to your classmates on what they should do if you have distance learning ever again.  
     
    Use both regular/irregular verbs. Consider making some commands positive and some negative.
