• Information about the 2019-2020 acGATEWAY program is in the document below. This year, the program will be located at Kennedy Middle School, and all applications will be submitted on paper instead of online. Paper applications should make there way to me before Deceber 6th and I will submit them to the acGATEWAY director. Please read the application carefully as their are several steps and requirements to entering the program. 

    Important acGATEWAY dates:

    November 1st (Friday) - Applications available to students (Online and from the acGateway coordinator at each school)

    December 6th (Friday) - Completed applications due to school coordinators (Ms. Ciravolo)

    January 6th (Monday) - Audition times released to students via acGateway coordinators & US mail

    January 25th (Saturday) - Auditions held at Kennedy Middle School

    February 7th (Friday) - Audition results mailed to applicant’s home address

    March 2nd (Monday) - “Permission to Attend the Program” form due back to school coordinators

    Important acGATEWAY information:

    >All new and discpline changing students need to audition on January 25th for their area of choice

    >3 letters of recommendations will be needed for students to recieve an audition time

    >Transportation to and from acGATEWAY is NOT provided, and attendance is essential (as well as mandatory) to get as much out of the program as possible

    >July 9th will be the elementary showcase where students will show off their hard work to parents, teachers, and the community
