    • FAFSA - The Free Application for Federal Student Aid

      Federal Student Aid, a part of the U.S. Department of Education, is the largest provider of student financial aid in the nation and is responsible for managing the student financial assistance programs authorized under Title IV of the Higher Education Act of 1965. These programs provide grants, loans, and work-study funds to students attending college or career school.

      Applications can be completed beginning October 1st at https://studentaid.gov/h/apply-for-aid/fafsa. Apply as early as possible. 

       

    • South Carolina Tuition Grants Program

      The South Carolina Higher Education Tuition Grants Commission offers need-based tuition grants to qualified South Carolina residents who attend eligible South Carolina Independent Colleges on a full-time enrollment basis.  Find Participating Colleges and Universities.

      The application used to determine eligibility for a South Carolina Tuition Grant is the Free Application For Student Aid (FAFSA).

    • South Carolina Lottery Tuition Assistance Program

      The South Carolina Lottery Tuition Assistance Program (LTAP) was established under the SC Education Lottery Act in 2001.  It was created to provide a supplemental resource to South Carolina residents attending eligible SC two-year public or independent institutions.   Actual award amounts are dependent upon the number of students eligible and the amount of funding available each academic year.
