About AP Statistics
AP Statistics is a college-level introduction to statistics. Students in the course learn how to gather, analyze and draw conclusions from representative data. It is a subject you are likely to see in college and beyond. Further information about the course is available in the Collegeboard's Course Description (2019).
Students who take the AP Statistics course will sit for the AP Statistics test in May. This year, the test is Noon on Friday, May 15. Please plan accordingly. Those who score a three or better on that test may receive college credit. The score required and the credit given are determined by the college. Visit your school's website to learn its requirements.
