    Adventure Camp

    Bricks4Kidz

    • Weekly Sessions June 11 - August 3
    • Ages 5 – 13     Location:  Hole-N-One Family Fun Center, 3197 Whiskey Road, Aiken
    • Summer will be here soon and Bricks 4 Kidz® of Aiken has many exciting, fun and challenging camps to offer your children. These camps include something for EVERYONE! Camps are specially designed for kids and are staffed by trained and screened Bricks 4 Kidz® teachers.

    Camp Invention

    • June 11-15
    • Rising 1st - Rising 6th Grade Students   Location: Ruth Patrick Science Education Center, 471 University Parkway, Aiken
    • Camp Invention is a weeklong adventure in creativity that immerses children entering grades one through six in exciting, hands-on activities that reinvent summer fun. Led by local educators, boys and girls are challenged to explore connections between science, technology, engineering and innovation. Participants spend their time building original prototypes and creating a personalized motor-powered vehicle, while designing, improving and analyzing their own inventions in a team setting. Don’t miss out on all new challenges.

    City of Aiken Summer Adventure Day Camp

    • Weekly Sessions June 5 - August 18th
    • Ages 5 -12    Location: H.O. Weeks Activities Center, 1700 Whiskey Road, Aiken
    • Each themed week encourages children to let their imagination run wild. One week, children will take on our version of The Hunger Games including climbing wall, archery, and pickleball. During another session they will explore, build, and create with Science Technology Engineering Mathematics (STEM). Additional adventures will include canvas painting, visiting around the world, greener on the other side, and a world of water. Throughout each themed week, kids do arts and crafts, swim, occasional field trips, play sports, interact with special guests and much more! This camp lasts for ten weeks of the summer, but the memories and friendships last a lifetime.

    Hook A Kid on Golf

    • Weekly Sessions June - August
    • Ages 8 – 13    Locations vary depending on the week.
    • There will be five golf clinics held during the summer. The cost is $50 per child. Each participant will be provided with golf clubs, a golf bag, balls, tees, bag tag, shirt, hat and a rule book. Participants get to keep all of the items upon completion of the clinic.

    YMCA - Camp

    • Weekly sessions, June - August
    • Ages 5-12    Location: Branch Family YMCAs
    • All traditional day camps include arts and crafts, games and sports, swimming, devotions and character development activities. Specialized day camps include detailed descriptions of activities. Breakout sessions differ by location. Unless otherwise noted and Camp Lakeside, all Family Y camps are $85 per week for members, $110 per week for non-members. Campers at all camps should bring backpack, water bottle, sack lunch, snack and spray-on Sunscreen. Unless otherwise specified, camp activities are 9 a.m.-4 p.m. with early drop-off beginning at 7 a.m. and late pick-up until 6 p.m. provided at no additional charge. Call each branch location for more details or any questions. Financial assistance is available for all Family Y programs.
