Marketing 1 introduces the concepts of marketing, examines economic foundations, business and human resource foundations and helps students to understand the world of business and work so that they can become knowledgeable and successful in a business endeavor or the transfer of their knowledge to the college campus. In this course students, will be able to:
- Learn basic marketing and business concepts and apply it to industry.
- Acquire knowledge to evaluate the marketplace with consumer awareness.
- Have an opportunity to apply marketing skills to strengthen personal and employment success.
- Develop skills for seeking employment and retention.
