Millbrook Elementary School

Racing to Success

  • The mission of Millbrook Elementary is to work collaboratively with parents and the community to provide a challenging curriculum within a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment to prepare all students to become responsible and successful learners.

  • COGAT AND IOWA TESTING - Our site-based students will participate in CogAT and Iowa testing this week, October 19-22. Testing will take place over a 5-day period and will last about an hour and a half each day. Testing will conclude on Monday, October 26. Testing will begin promptly at 8:30 a.m. each day. Please make sure your child gets a good night's rest and arrives at school in time for breakfast before testing begins. Late arrivals will not be permitted to test with their class and will have to take make-ups.

Our AI students will report to Millbrook Elementary on November 4-6 for testing. Ms. McKie will inform parents of testing times.

Please reach out to Ms. Collins, Assistant Principal if you have any questions.

Aiken County Public School District procedures regarding do-not-photo/video requests state that each new school year during the school registration process, parents who wish to “opt out” their children from participation in photo or video opportunities at school must submit that request in writing to the ACPSD Communications Department.
The letter should be addressed to Director of Communications Mike Rosier at 1000 Brookhaven Drive, Aiken SC, 29803. It should state which student or students they wish the request to include, as well as their home school location or locations.
PLEASE NOTE: If no letter is on file, students are automatically opted in for photo, video, and media opportunities in our schools as they arise.
We welcome parents who wish to opt their children out of all photos and videos to submit a letter to us at any point prior to the end of October.
