Mrs. Amber Rahman
My name is Amber Rahman. This will be my fifteenth year of teaching English Language Arts, my sixth at Midland Valley High School. I graduated from Bowling Green State University in Ohio with my Bachelors of Science in Education in 2005. I earned my Masters degree in Education from Southern Wesleyan University in May of 2010. I am currently working on my Master of Educational Administration and Supervision degree. My licensure area of expertise is Integrated Language Arts, I am certified to teach grades 7 through 12 and have an endorsement to teach gifted and talented students. I also have my Read to Succeed endorsement. According to the No Child Left Behind legislation, I am considered a highly qualified teacher. I want you to know that I am always approachable and that I will do my best to help your child succeed.
I am married and have three daughters. In my spare time I enjoy reading, baking, watching movies and cooking shows, traveling, and spending time with friends and family. I look forward to working with you, students and parents, in the 2020-2021 school year!
