    Aiken County Public Schools (ACPSD) is an experienced leader in high-quality virtual education. ACPSD is not only the state's largest VirtualSC franchise, we were also the first school District in the state to develop our own virtual program in partnership and as a franchisee of VirtualSC. Through AIKEN iNNOVATE (also referred to as Ai) our District is excited to expand our virtual offerings to include our award-winning Aiken County Virtual Academy (ACVA) for high school students by adding an option for full-time virtual learning at home for all students, kindergarten through 12th grade.

  • Freshman IGPs - Please click HERE to sign up for your Freshman IGP!  Please choose a date and time that works best for you.  You can schedule a virtual, face to face, or phone conference. Please remember that a parent, guardian, or other representative must be present during the IGP.  If you have signed up for a day, but need to reschedule please contact our School Counselor, Mrs. Smith, at (803) 685-2100 or msmith5@acpsd.net.  

    Individual Graduation Plan meetings are required by the State of South Carolina to track graduation progress.

  • Graduation 2022 - The commencement ceremony will take place on Thursday, June 2 at the USC Convocation Center at 5pm. Ticket information will be announced at a later date.

  • Ring Ceremony – The ceremony will take place on Tuesday, February 22 at 5:30pm. Payments online can be made until the 22nd; cash and/ or money orders are accepted by a Jostens representative at the school 1 hour prior to the ceremony.  If you are set up on JPay, which is an alternative withdrawal every month, your balance will need to be paid prior to the ceremony. If you did not purchase a ring from Jostens and wish to present your child with a ring during the Ceremony Presentation, please deliver the ring to Mrs. Amanda Derrick no later than 4:00 pm on Tuesday, February 22nd.  For more information, please contact Mrs. Derrick at aderrick3@acpsd.net.

  • Meal Orders - Aiken County Public Schools is offering meals for students that are quarantined. Meal orders must be submitted by noon the day prior to pick up. Meal packages will contain the current day’s lunch and the next day’s breakfast. Pick up times for high school students will be between 11am and 12:30pm at the student’s home school. To cancel an order, please contact Tonya Merritt at tmerritt@acpsd.net /803-306-1174 extension 52008 or Karen Johnson at kjohnson2@acpsd.net  /803.306.1328 extension 12730.
