  • WELCOME TO AIKEN INTERMEDIATE SCHOOL - We are so excited to welcome you to Aiken Intermediate School (AIS), a unique learning environment that was created to meet the social, emotional and academic goals of our sixth-grade students as they transition from elementary school to middle school! 

    Each school year, we look forward to welcoming rising sixth grade students from Aiken Elementary, Chukker Creek Elementary, East Aiken School of the Arts, J.D. Lever Elementary, Millbrook Elementary, North Aiken Elementary, and Oakwood-Windsor Elementary.

  • ONLINE REGISTRATION IS OPEN FOR 2023-24 SCHOOL YEAR - Online student registration is now open for new and returning students for the upcoming 2023-24 school year. With next year’s planned implementation of the modified academic school year calendar, students return on July 25. Parents/guardians are encouraged to register their student(s) for the upcoming school year as early as possible.

    Detailed information and instructions for registration for both new and returning students can be found on our website’s Registration Hub at Information for registering students for 5K/Kindergarten and applying for 4K/PreKindergarten can also be accessed via this Registration Hub.

    Returning student registration can be completed easily online through the PowerSchool Parent Portal. As part of online registration, parents/guardians may update contact information, submit required information (including transportation preferences), pay registration fees, and submit residency verification documents.
