On August 26, 2016, the Aiken County Public School District transitioned from the distribution of paper flyers to a paperless E-flyer system that sends school and community flyers directly to parents.
The District has contracted with Peachjar to provide this service. Please note that Aiken County Public Schools does not approve or deny flyer requests for our Charter Schools. Please contact our Charter Schools directly for flyer distribution.
Peachjar provides an innovative flyer management system that sends school-approved E-flyers directly to parents/guardians and displays them on each school website homepage. Parents can easily find and view flyers and take immediate action to sign up for activities and events. Peachjar charges a reasonable fee for the service. However, the fee may be waived for flyers promoting events which are provided free to students. Peachjar will waive its service fees for local community organizations posting to District's schools when promoting a free event or activity that does not entice participants to join a fee-based program, or purchase products or services. To receive the waived service fees, a community organization must contact Alison at Peachjar to make the request, (858) 997-2117 ext. 130.
COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS, please click HERE to register with Peachjar as an "Enrichment or Community Organization" and upload your flyer for approval and distribution to your desired school(s). After your flyer has been submitted, it will be routed automatically to the school district office for approval, then e-mailed as a visually engaging image to all parents who have their e-mail address on file at the school/district and posted online as indicated above.
