Welcome to North Augusta Elementary School where our purpose is to work cooperatively with parents and the community to promote academic success and rigorous thinking in a safe, challenging environment with high expectations in order to develop lifelong learners.
We envision our school as a safe instructional environment where all students will have their individual needs, differences and abilities recognized, and will be challenged to excel in learning supported by a cooperative school community.
Please know that your children and their education is our top priority. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us at (803) 442-6280 or email Mrs. Patricia Wilson at PWilson@acpsd.net.
Spring Book Fair

Our Fair helps raise funds for the NAE Library and the more money you spend; the more books we can keep! Also, please remember, this is a great opportunity to encourage the love of reading in our students.

Town Hall Meetings
Alford: On The Road Again, Listening & Learning From The Community
Aiken County Public School District leaders, in partnership with Area Advisory Councils, are planning a visit to your area.
“It’s important to us that we keep our ears open to the public’s needs and stay connected,”
Superintendent Dr. Sean Alford stated. “We do that through a variety of methods, including going out into the community and speaking with and, most importantly, listening to stakeholders whose children we serve.”
Though the county-wide effort is a scaled-down version of Alford and his leadership team’s 60-stop “Listen & Learn Tour” that took place last year, the purpose of collaboration and being both open and responsive to the community remains the same.
“We plan to share information on current population trends in Aiken County,” Chief Officer of Administration Mr. King Laurence explained, “as well as provide a personalized update on our District’s progress with current initiatives and future plans.”
Area Advisory Council members selected locations for the town hall-style meetings unique to their own communities with the intent that anyone would feel comfortable asking questions and participating in an open discussion.
The schedule for the meetings in each area is as follows. All meetings will begin promptly at 6:30 p.m.
Area Three: Thursday, January 26 at Midland Valley High School
Area One; Southside: Monday, February 6 at South Aiken High School
